varRetour could not be used by Windows7 + Access 2010

Data base was created on Vista platform with Access 2007, varRetour was used without problem.
System is upgraded to Windows 7 and Access 2010 and data base could not be used,
varRetour cous Compile error: Can't find project or library.
Who knows witch library is missing in new platform.
